Sami started the company fifteen years ago after getting burnt out from his corporate engineering job. In this next phase of his career he started operating franchised deli that he conceptualized. Initially he focused on the middle class office goers working in high rise office building as the niche clientele. This offered a great platform for learning the fast food business serving a very diverse crowd.
Slowly this deli concept was scaled up to operate full size hospital and corporate cafeterias. The cafeteria style food operation included a top line deli packaged with made to order grill items, salads and hot food entrees.
Thereafter, the concept was further expanded to include on-site cooking for major corporate events, tail –gate parties and social outreach events. Today the company also operates multiple school cafeterias for some prominent Houston-Sugarland area private schools.

We routinely cater to clients by offering “out-of-the box” menu items to fit the party pleasers.
