Sami’s Kitchen is a full-line food service company and does catering for corporate events, church organizations and private schools in Houston, TX. We also operate full service cafeterias and managed food services for major healthcare and industrial companies. On the retail side we operate branded franchised deli operations in high-rise office buildings, hospitals and malls. Our partner, Gem Foods is a major contractor for airline companies for making their in-flight meals using their USDA permitted commissary kitchen located in Richmond, Texas. Our cafeteria management system ranges from cooking and serving meals on-site for larger clients that has full permitted on-site kitchen to delivering boxed hot food/deli, prepared at our commissary kitchens to smaller locations.

Sami started the company fifteen years ago after getting burnt out from his corporate engineering job. In this next phase of his career he started operating franchised deli that he conceptualized. Initially he focused on the middle class office goers working in high rise office building as the niche clientele. This offered a great platform for learning the fast food business serving a very diverse crowd.
